Story Of Founding Leadership
Mr. R. K. Chaudhury is a committed social entrepreneur from Assam whose belief in the power of education has defined his life’s mission. An alumnus of Fergusson College, Hyderabad Central University, and IIM Bangalore, he was recognized among the Top 50 Startup Entrepreneurs in IIMB’s EGMP alumni network. His work as a Teach For India Fellow in Pune deepened his resolve to address educational inequities.
In 2006, leaving behind a promising corporate career, he returned to his hometown, Bongaigaon, and founded the Reiyukai Trust, guided by the belief, “Help each other; we are one.” The trust’s flagship initiative, EuroKids Bongaigaon, quickly became a trusted preschool for its child-centered, value-driven approach.
To expand his mission, he established the Reiyukai Knowledge Foundation in 2015, building on the earlier trust’s efforts. Under this new foundation, he founded Braintree International School, a K–12 institution committed to delivering inclusive, globally competent, and skill-based education.
Today, Braintree serves hundreds of children in a developmentally challenged region, with a strong culture of life skills, innovation, and equity. His journey is not just personal success; it is a growing movement to reimagine education for collective, lasting impact.

Shiv Agarwal is a seasoned entrepreneur, educationist, and philanthropist with over two decades of leadership experience. He is the Co-Founder of VARStreet Inc., a purpose-built platform empowering IT and office supplies resellers across North America. An MBA by qualification, Shiv spearheads strategic planning, revenue growth, and cross-functional execution at VARStreet, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Alongside his corporate journey, Shiv serves as a Trustee of the Reiyukai Knowledge Foundation, where he contributes to the design and execution of educational and social impact initiatives. In recent years, he has been channeling his entrepreneurial expertise into the education sector, with a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and expanding access to quality learning in underserved regions.

Over his 24-year government tenure at Uttar Bongaigaon Prathmik Vidyalaya, he spent 14 years as North Bongaigaon Centre Secretary. He adeptly handled finances, salaries, and bills for approximately 100 teachers across 16 schools, while coordinating seamlessly with the District Elementary Education Office (DEEO), Deputy Inspector (DI) of Schools office, and Treasury office.
His extensive experience bolsters the Foundation’s commitment to inclusive, high-quality education.
